Project Overview
Search campaigns and dedicated landing pages built around project-specific intent instead of generic property terms.
The developer was spending on broad property keywords and receiving enquiries from outside their price band and locality. Cost per qualified site visit was untracked.
We rebuilt the account around project-and-locality intent, gave each project its own landing page, and instrumented the funnel through to site-visit bookings.
The Challenge & The Solution
Broad keywords generated volume but almost no qualified enquiries, and there was no attribution past the form submission.
Tight keyword groups per project and locality, negative lists to exclude rentals and other cities, one landing page per project, and conversion tracking through to booked visits.
Outcome
Spend concentrated on the campaigns that produced booked site visits, with cost per qualified lead visible weekly.
