The Stack I Build With
I am Cilbert Leon, Project Head at Nikitha Web Development in Chennai. Since 2010 I have been responsible for taking client projects from the first requirement conversation through design, development, launch and long-term support.
On the web I work in Laravel with MySQL, and React where the front end warrants it. On mobile it is Flutter and Dart for cross-platform work and native Android when the project needs it, with MongoDB alongside MySQL where document storage fits better. REST APIs are the seam between all of it, and Git is how the work stays reviewable.
Before Nikitha I worked as a web designer at Cincobros and, earlier, as a trainer and HOD at Apollo Computer Education — which is where I learned that explaining a thing clearly matters as much as building it. That has shaped how I run projects: clear scope, visible progress, no surprises at handover.
