Project Overview
A twelve-year-old brochure site replaced with a fast, structured website that finally reflected the size of the business.
The company had grown from one plant to four, but its website still described a single location and loaded in over eight seconds on mobile. Enquiries were arriving by phone only.
We restructured the site around product lines and plants, rebuilt it on a CMS the internal team could run, and added enquiry forms routed to the right regional contact.
The Challenge & The Solution
Years of ad-hoc page additions had left no usable information architecture, and no one internally could edit the site without calling the original developer.
A content audit produced a four-level structure mapped to product lines. The rebuild used a CMS with role-based editing so plant managers could update their own pages.
Outcome
Mobile load time dropped below two seconds and web enquiries became a measurable channel for the first time.
