Direct booking that stopped every reservation from paying a third-party commission.
Three properties took almost all bookings through aggregators. The group wanted direct bookings without maintaining three separate systems.
We built one platform with per-property availability, rates and offers, plus a rate-parity check so the direct price was never worse than the aggregator price.
The Challenge & The Solution
Each property had different room types, seasonal rates and cancellation rules that had to coexist in one booking engine.
A shared rate engine with per-property overrides, an availability calendar the front desk could manage, and payment capture with automated confirmation email.
Outcome
Direct bookings became a growing share of reservations, at no commission.
